Mr Ge Yongjun

Yongjun founded the firm in 2011 and currently held the role of a managing partner. He has more than 25 years of accounting and public accounting experience in China and Singapore. Before relocating to Singapore, he held senior management position with a large-scale state-owned China company.

He is proficient with the accounting standards, taxation systems and related laws of both China and Singapore as well as the business practices of both countries.  In his leadership, the firm has grown rapidly in recent years. His strong business acumen enabled him to give sound and practical advice to businesses both in Singapore and in China.

Yongjun had been the audit partner for entities in oil and gas, commodities trading, retail,  construction, manufacturing, property development, investment holdings etc. These clients have operations across China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore etc.

Ms Shirley Ang

Shirley has more than 20 years of experience in the audit and IPO profession. The mainstay of her professional work involves audits of listed entities and non-listed entities ranging from multi-national corporations to owner-managed businesses in the oil and gas, construction, ship chartering, manufacturing, trading, property development, churches, investment holding and charities. These clients have operations based in a lot of countries ranging from Malaysia, People’s Republic of China, South Africa, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Australia, Thailand, Taiwan, Brazil, Cambodia and United States of America. 

She is passionate about all things IPO and enjoys meeting and providing guidance to clients with IPO ambitions. Before joining the firm, she was involved in the completion of the third largest IPO in Asia alongside a team of IPO advisers for the dual listing of IHH Healthcare Berhad, in the Malaysia and Singapore bourses in 2012. 

She started her career in KPMG LLP and was promoted to audit partner in Foo Kon Tan LLP.

In her role as an accredited tax advisor, Joanna possesses expertise encompassing tax compliance, advisory services, training, and the execution of transfer pricing projects. She is well-versed in navigating the intricate landscape of tax regulations and ensuring that her clients adhere to all applicable laws and requirements. Her advisory services showcase a depth of knowledge that allows her to provide strategic guidance to individuals and businesses, assisting them in making informed decisions to optimize their tax positions

Joanna also serves as an adjunct lecturer during her spare capacity, sharing her knowledge on the intricacies of Singapore Taxation modules within the frameworks of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Singapore Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualification programs.

Joanna was formerly the Head of Academic & Strategic Partnership of Kaplan Financial before moving onto full-time tax practice. She led and managed the academic team to achieve academic standards and was also a member of the Examination Board. She has also attained proficiency in the Advanced Certificate in Training Assessment (ACTA), a credential bestowed upon me by the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ)
