Gross Turnover or Sales Audit

Retail businesses in that operate in shopping malls will be familiar with the requirement in their lease agreement to submit monthly Statement of Gross Turnover and conduct yearly audit of their Gross Turnover (GTO) to the landlord. Commonly known by retailer’s as special audit, sales audit or GTO audit.

What is required?

Retailer’s will have to provide documents in relation to their daily sales, modes of payment such as visa/master, nets, wechat, paypal, lease agreement and any statement templates of the landlord.

Our Audit Service

We are experience in GTO or sales audits. As part of this service, we will audit the retailer’s statement of gross turnover prepared based on their tenancy/lease agreements.  If there are any improvement areas that we can identify, we will suggest to the retailer t help them improve their systems or internal control.
