The company's basic structure requires at least

1 Unique company name, English name

1 shareholders

1 director who is locally resident in Singapore

1 company statutory secretaries

At least $1 in Capital

Local registered address

The director must be a Singapore Citizen, a Permanent Resident of Singapore, or a certificate of employment, a principle agreement, a family permit.

The position of company secretary must not be left vacant for more than 6 months. The sole director of a company and the company secretary cannot be the same person.
